We’re so excited to announce that The Shift Nashville is officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization!

This milestone is more than just a legal status. It marks a meaningful step forward in our mission to empower Nashville professionals to create lasting change in their lives, careers, and communities through networking, volunteering, and skill sharing.

Becoming a 501(c)(3) means we can now:

  • Raise tax-deductible donations to fuel our efforts

  • Expand partnerships with local businesses and organizations

  • Grow our impact and build an even stronger community

And we’re just getting started.
